Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Ping test done from BT Business Hub5:

Pinging www.elmwoodprojects.co.uk [77.72.3.23] with 32 bytes of data&colon;

We have a static IP service and we are not on any Blacklists
All default settings on BT router and also disabled firewall while troubleshooting.
Rebooted the router to obtain different DNS settings but result still the same as above.

Ping and Traceroute from Computer:

Accessing the webmail login: www.elmwoodprojects.co.uk/webmail and you will redirect to http://vps.elmwoods.com:2096 Any additional troubleshooting or suggestions will be much appreciated.Kind regards,
But the page can’t be displayed.

No still not working, the issue seems to be with our router.

This can be accessed using a 3G signal or through other internet providers
