Hi

Please can anyone help. I have been having issues with a slow speed (both up and down) for the last couple of days but today I can't seem to actually upload anything. I did a speed check and got an upload speed of 0.09Mbps. Today I trtied the same BT wholesale test and get 0.16Mbps

FWIW this is via ethernet directly into my Mac but even if I change to wireless the upload is the same. Even the download speed is a lot slower then normal with a max of 5.39Mpbs over the last few days

Any help would be greatly appreciated

EDIT: I just noticed that support is via another link but sadly this won't let me report my issue because for some reason your site doesn't recognise my telephone number
