    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone possibly help me. &amp;nbsp;I have a BT mobile broadband dongle for work and when it was initialising today, when it got to the point of saying 'Checking for D/Base Update', it then failed and said the 'specific URL timed out'. &amp;nbsp;It is all green and showing as connected, however I have no connection ??!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have googled via my phone, but cannot find an answer. &amp;nbsp;I am currently connected to the store fibre, but need to solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks in advance &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
