Business Infinity not working as I think it should?

Hi All,

Having finally had infitity installed after a 4month delay, there appears to be something amiss or I am missing something basic. We run a rural filling station and allow the staff to use there own equipment while at work, however there have been a couple of issues that I cannot seam to work out.

1. A programme called Whatsapp will not work through the BHH5.

2. Video streaming wont work either through the BHH5.

I am able to get them to work through a HH5 i have from home, so the question is why will it not work through the business HH5?

Any help would be greatfully accepted.

Hi there,

There may be an issue with that Hub. I know it's straight out of the box but both those services should work fine. Try a factory reset using the hole at the back of the router.

If it still doesn't work then call the helpdesk and have them diagnose it, it;s under warranty so free to replace.
