We have no need for our 5 static ip's anymore. We just require 1 static ip, so according to the help page regarding upgrading/downgrading static ip's I can do this free of charge. see:-

"A change from five IP addresses to a single IP address does not incur an administration charge."

However, when I do the change procedure it is showing a £10 charge for a change from 5 to 1?

Hi there,

That info certainly is conflicting. I was under the impression it was chargeable but it's in there black and white, your best bet would be to get someone on the helpdesk to do it for you.
