The 0845 600 7020 (Broadband Faults) number sometimes says "this helpdesk is closed".

Technical Support for broadband is advertised by BT as a 24 hour number yet I randomly get these our helpdesk is closed message. today around 10pm i tried several times and each time just after it says transferring you to an agent, it would say, "this helpdesk is now closed".

I have experienced this problem a few times before and when i connected the agent told me this is a 24/7 number and maybe i was dialing the wrong number or ive suggested i need another department to the IVR. Infact I was dialing the same number and I was asking for the same options (Fault with broadband). Randomly after 30 mins or after repeatidly retrying it works. In the example of today I got through to the helpdesk at 01:00am yet my calls between 22:00 and 00:00 were giving the closed message.

Can you please escalate this to someone to look into as im sick of relying on a random service and no one acknolwedging that it has an issue. I have to manage over 70 sites and it becomes a pain to get this when you are advertising otherwise.
