Have had a new line installed at our new build business premises last month and it has developed a issue.

We are the end line on the exchange so never expect fast speed but need reliability.

The line just randomly drops multiple times and then all of a sudden cures itself.

Had an engineer out yesterday who found no faults and changed the faceplate. He ran test for ten minutes and could not find any problems. As soon as he connected hub up it dropped twice. Put his machine back on and tested for 10 mins, again no error.

He thought the hub may be the cause. We had another new hub so swapped over and seemed fine...... until he left and it started again.....

Anyone help before I ring back and report the fault is still here?
