Hi All,

two weeks ago (12/07/2016) our business hub5 updated its software, following this update the router would drop out roughly every 10 minutes for up to 2 minutes.

It turneds out that the firmware had not updated properly and the router was going green and rebooting.

After much time on the phone we had a new router sent out which has been fine for a few days.

Guess what, last night (26/07/2016) the software was updated and this morning the router is showing the same fault as the previous one........

Constant Reboots ..............

Now BT are sending out a hub 3 instead !

So, my question is - Will this be fixed any time soon?

Is this a local problem or a national one ?

Ha Ha being FFTC a hub 3 is no good at all.

So we had a visit from a cube engineer, he confirmwed this is odd and seems to be a firmware issue with the router.

Having borrowed a draytek modem and asus router we have had no further outage.

Three weeks, two business hub 5's and two engineer visits later nobody seems able to shed any light on this strange occurance.

We have another openreach engineer coming out tomorrow.
