      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a line issue now resolved, I now require an IP profile reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System Up Time 143:26:15&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collisions Tx B/s Rx B/s Up Time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WAN PPPoA 703745 972504 0 284 4344 53:52:31&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LAN 10M/100M 1368679 1066773 0 2209 215 143:26:10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WLAN 11M/54M 193290 192446 0 383 30 143:24:47&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ADSL Link Downstream Upstream&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection Speed 284 kbps 1104 kbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Line Attenuation 18 db 4.5 db&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Noise Margin 31 db 6 db&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you can see the downstream sync is 284kbps. Noise margin 31db. Based on line capability the downstream sync should be around 15Mbps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have run the BT wholesale speedtest and the following results for downstream:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Speed achieved: 0.25Mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IP Profile: 0.25Mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can one of the mods respond so I can get this issue resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you contact the &lt;A href="http://bit.ly/BuSlink" target="_self"&gt;helpdesk&lt;/A&gt;, they will be able to look at the line, and depending on the line type get a reset put through for you.&amp;nbsp; If it is a fibre line they will need to organise an engineer to come out to reset the profile.&lt;/P&gt;
