Well where do i start about 12 months ago someone else's account billing details and all other host of information started poping up on my online account. I spoke to bt who said they would create a new online account and delete the old one. Which they did, but when i logged in again it was still showing my and the other guys information on the new loggin! I have now asked them 4 times to resolve this and everytime guess what its the same. The reason im concerned is if i can see all his information then he may be able to see mine. Which is unacceptable and is a breach of data protection for both partys! Not happy would like to find out where i stand with this because its sloppy unprofessional and dangerous. Help please anybody.
