what router is it you have, as the BT Fon option is a home router not a business router.

With the business router you can go in and disable BT WiFi but with the home one you need to do it through the BT home website, if you have a home router on a business broadband line you wont be able to disable it, you will need to purchase the business version of the router.

Hi

I want to opt out of the BT wifi fon service as even though Ive switched off the router's wifi function, it is still offering fon as an option - this is conflicting with other wifi services in the office.

I've tried the link in a previous post but isnt allowing me in

any advice?
