Slow upload speed

Hi

Over the past week I've noticed the upload speed has dropped significantly to around 0.38 Megabits. When uploading any file it will also slow my download speed significantly too, with web pages taking a long time to load and/or failing. Normal download speed is around 10 Megabits.

I've tried turning the router on and off several times so can you test my line please?

if you contact the helpdesk they will be able to go through checks with you and then test the line for you.
