    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hub disconnecting from broadband, DNS resolving issues, huge packet-losses and latency spikes, terrible handling of data congestion at peak hours (making internet usage a life in hell), etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Complaints like these have been going on since ever, yet BT fails to acknowledge and fix them. Going to switch to a more reliable internet provider in September.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
