can I find my @HG70 username and password online?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to set up my TP-Link AC1900 Router but have only just discovered that the username required is different from that of residential BT internet.

I've read on here that BT sends you the required details in a letter, however I have either lost or never received this letter. Do they also send the details via email?

I would ask BT themselves but its a Bank holiday:(

to get the username and password you need, you would need to contact the technical helpdesk which is open on Bank Holidays.
