Is This Fake Email?

I have recntly been receiving email stating that my box is full and needs to be reduced. There was never as much on it as is on my oither accounts that don't have any problem but I still deleted a lot of things, even so this email keeps arriving every day. I have cleared everywhere including 'sent' and 'clutter', 'deleted'. I can't understand why I keep receiving this email when there's really not a lot in our mailbox. Could someone please tell me if these messages are legit? There's no dodgy link to click on or anything which makes it all confusing. Thanks

Please reduce your mailbox size. Delete any items you don't need from your mailbox and empty your Deleted Items folder.

the mail box full emails, are genuine emails, if you keep getting them, I would advise to contact the helpdesk to get them to login and check your acocunt.
