&lt;P&gt;has yout client contacted the helpdesk to get the line tested or one or our engineers sent out to prove the line is not able to run broadband?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a client had issues on latency .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even on LAN cable with just one user, it is close to 300 ms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The whole building seems to have the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They only had the contract running within first month, but passed 14 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to get out of the contract?
