Hi i have some one place an order but use direct debit for the payment method, where do i look to see if the payment went through?

If you have allowed Direct debit, then the first call should be you bank account and see if payment has been creditted to your account

You need to check in your bank account. If the payment has been made then you need to proceed with the delivery.
