    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it only me but shouldn't BT rename this WYSI&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;N&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;WYG (What you see is &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;NOT&lt;/U&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;what you get)? I find this to be one of the most infuriating, unpredictable, bug-ridden pieces of software ever written.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe we could start a list of all the things that go wrong with it, but I wouldn't know where to start.......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Note - Having said the above, generally speaking, I like the eShop software)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
