    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; Hoping someone can clarify something for me.&amp;nbsp; We have a Samsung telephone system and have had our calls through Eurotel.&amp;nbsp; We're moving to BT on Thursday and I've just been told by our current supplier that they will need to come in to reprogramme our phone system to remove the LCR.&amp;nbsp; To do this they are going to charge us £245 plus VAT.&amp;nbsp; All seems a bit of a rip off to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They say that if we don't do this we will continue to receive bills from them&amp;nbsp;on top of&amp;nbsp;bills from BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advise if this is correct?&amp;nbsp; Surely if you change supplier your old supplied can't still bill you even if the LCR isn't removed?&amp;nbsp; Is this something BT should be doing and not Eurotel?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not at all technically in the know so please any response can you keep it as jargon free as possible!?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
