e-shop / domain down... any support?

Help!

My e-shop / BT hosted website has gone down again, it's come back a couple of times but takes about 5 mins to show the page, some product pics are missing and to navigate to another page take more minutes and then crashes...

The biggest problem is the lack of support, I've been on the Value Added Service number twice for 15 mins with no answer so I doubt they're there and BT on any other number have no clue... what do people do to get a human response like this, especially at the weekend or do we just wait until Monday and lose a weekends e-commerce?

my e shop has gone down and i cant get it to work and there are no numbers to call and also no one knows what the hell they are doing..... come on bt get a grip you are like the government you dont know what you are doing... i am losing business!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

I'm glad I visited the forum..my website is the same..got to the home page but when I tried to visit another page, the connection timed out. A similar thing happened several months ago when no one could login to the backoffice to view orders etc and as I recall, no one got a response over the weekend then either..it seems there is no emergency recovery number to call which is very bad service indeed.

This has also had an impact on my search ranking..website seems to have disappeared for many keywords.

Good old BT !

Same problem today (Sunday). Really is awful service - I was hoping to go live this weekend, no chance of that now.

Website down. Admin section inaccessable.

Come on BT. Get your act together. It's been over 24 hours now.....
