Pages with duplicate title tags - please help !

Hi,

In the last few days my website seems to have taken a bit of a dip and disappeared in the search results for a number of keywords. When I logged into my Google Webmaster account, it was reporting a number of duplicate title tags and I'm wondering if this could be the problem.

For example, the keyword Tweet cushion . I was on page one and have been for ages, now the page has disappeared completely.

Google Webmaster shows two page links as follows :-

BT, or anyone on the forum - can anyone advise how I can fix this ? I have not made any changes myself to this product in my shop in months so slightly baffled as to how this has come about.
