email addresses

I have a primary email address attached to my eshop - but am i correct in thinking that I can have any number of email addresses attached to my domain name?

ie the primary email address attached to the shop is makecontact@domainname.co.uk

and I want my customers to be able to send to payments@domainname.co.uk and press@domainname.co.uk

should this work - or do I need to configue it somewhere? Basically if it should work then its not !

Hi there,

The eshop itself will take one email address to use as a method of contact for you.

You are able to create as many variants of the email address you want.

Like you say, payments@, press@ etc.

This is done by logging in to your account at http://myoffice.bt.com.

Going to the manage services page and the email section. Click on Email aliases and follow the steps to create as many as you want.

These can then be placed either on the site, given to customer or placed into the email settings of the eshop to email specific addresses on the different areas of your site.
