Customers cannot access site

I would be grateful for help. Some people can access my shop, but for the majority an 'internet explorer cannot display this page' or 'you are not authorised to access this page' comes up. I am at a loss as to what to do next.

Can you give me your Website address. And i shall have a look.?

Where is it being hosted.?

If you are hosting it.The line speed and What system is running it.?

Have you restarted Anything.?

Nobody can make a sound judgement on what the problem is until it is rounded down and questions are answered.

Waste of time if you ask me, I don't mind helping people. But i do expect a bit of returnable help.
