The behaviour of so much of the product in which I am interested, ie eShop, and this forum, is so counter-intuitive that I am beginning to understand the frustration expressed in so many posts.

I had, and still have, a problem with understanding the process for efficiently updating my eShop with new products and pages etc. I found a thread that seemed vaguely relevant, entitled 'Is there only one version of my eShop site?' I appended my query to this thread and then expected the thread to re-appear at the top of the eshop Forum topic listings, as in most other forums I have encountered. It didn't - and I suspect my query will, therefore, go unnoticed unless stumbled upon by someone like me, struggling for help.

Two questions, therefore.

1. How do I re-enliven a thread, relevant to my problem, but requiring some subsidiary questions and answers.

2. Can anyone actually provide a relevant response to my subsidiary question on the original thread?

Regards

Peter_G

OK, I think my first question has been answered. The old thread I added to has now appeared at the top of the message list. Maybe I was expecting this to happen more or less in real time and it takes actually longer than 'instantaneous'. Now, can anyone comment on the real question posed in my addition to the old thread.
