Is there any?

Have recently signed up for eShop and am in the process of setting everything up. However, there seems to be one fundamental aspect of an ecommerce package completely missing, the ability to export or even view transaction listings.

The orders export function is useless for sales or financial reporting in the current format and I can see no other export options. For example if I want to know how many of a particular product have been sold over the last month, how would I find this out?

Am I missing something?

How do other users record and report on sales?

I've been asking for this (really basic) feature for ages now. See my post on the subject last year:

Epages have recently introduced a feature request form. Might be best if you go there. I've already put my request in for this feature.

Further to my post above, I've received this reply from ePages via their feature request form:

"We're planning to add an export for orders later this year. This export is going to deliver an XML file which is hopefully better than the existing ASCII file.

You'll get informed by your provider when this feature was added to your shop."

Not sure about the last bit though. BT seem to have difficulty informing us about added features following any software upgrades.
