Hi stal, I passed your comment to the eShop developers recently and they have responded that (1) isn’t currently planned and (2) is being planned in a future enhancement but I was not given a date as to when this will be released.

Sorry if these aren't these answers aren't quite what you were looking for but this was all the information I was given.

Message to developers.

1. Why is there not the option of having a different out of stock message for each product. The only option that exists is in Product Settings and this gives the same notification for ALL products, this is ridiculous.

2. Last year in this forum you stated that there will be some sort of financial reporting built in, none yet! when will there be such a facility. E.g., outputting to excel basic info, items sold, cost, email addresses, names etc, etc.

As per ePages future release notes, improved order information export is planned for 6.10.4 as follows:

"Orders can be exported in XML format. In this format the order data can be imported for example into ERP systems. The export will be available as batch action - so, a selective export of some orders is possible."

When, or if, BT provide this feature is another issue.
