      <title>I cannot access my BT eshop Admin</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" face="comic sans ms,sans-serif"&gt;This is my first post so all help and advice would be really useful.&amp;nbsp; I have not accessed my BT eshop for over a year now.&amp;nbsp; Although it is still iive and I pay for it I have not used it for sometime.&amp;nbsp; I have alwyas struggled with it and the support has not been very good.&amp;nbsp; However, I have decided to give it another go before I throw in the towel.&amp;nbsp; I cannot log into my shop so I wonder if there have been significant changes over my year outand I am doing it wrong (the whole login looks differnet) or is the system just down?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
