can customers create a wishlist on my shopping site

Have had a very upset customer on my website saying my site is very hard to shop on as she couldn't create a wish list to come back to and finish another time can anyone please help to answer this

I am really sorry no one on the forum has been able to offer any advice with this. I have looked at the BT Eshop UserGuide and cannot see any details of a wishlist. You could contact their support via this webform.

This facility is not currently available in the eShop product. Naturally, we do value feedback about this and it may be featured in the future.
