Hi PaulDG,

There are various reasons for not connecting:

PC running Server Software which is not supported

V24 speed in Bt Versatility programming and comm port speed are not the same

Faulty V24 lead

Faulty comm port

Faulty Bt Versatility interface

Could add that Bt Versatility Broadband Module can be programmed from the LAN using IP address 192.168.1.1

username - admin

password - admin

Could be worth registerating at Product Support and downloading latest version of Bt Versatility Wizard.

If Bt Versatility is Bt maintained the problem can br reported as a fault
