&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the delay in responding to the post. I spoke to the technical team who said that the only was to clear the DNS cache is to clear the device list in the router:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the router go to Settings -&amp;gt; Diagnostics -&amp;gt; reset them by clicking on the clear device list.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this does not work you would need to factory reset the router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Flushing BT HGV200 DNS Cache</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not a big issue, but how do you flush or reset the router's DNS cache?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My router shows&amp;nbsp;(via Settings/Broadband/DNS Resolution) several names with the same IP address, which has been picked up from the DHCP server, at different times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;flushdns from Windows, just flushes the Windows cache. There is no Telnet access on the router, so there doesn't seem to be a way to tell it to flush its cache.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
