Problems uploading products to Google Merchant Centre (Base)

Hi,

Can anyone help me, I have been using the upload function in eShop to export my products to google base for years with no problems, except now it keeps coming back with listing errors.

The two that are showing at the moment are: " invalid attribute: shipping" and "invalid attribute: price"

When I click on the show item link to see the error it just highlights the price in attribute name and attribute value, there is an amount in there. The other is shipping, which is the same but the fields are blank.

Please help so that I can relist my products, my sales are suffering by not being found.

Hi again,

I am still having the same problem with uploading my stock onto what used to be called Google Base. Is anyone else having this problem or more importantly have a cure.

I am sorry that you don't seem to have had a reply yet, westcountryclog, I'd strongly recommend, given the nature of your issue, that you Contact Us . We may need to carry out some troubleshooting and escalate this for you.
