SEO Cockpit and analytics

Hi just been trying my best to play catch up on my SEO for my Noah's Ark Gifts website and discovered epages SEO cockpit. The only thiing is that it doesn't seem to work.

Went on to the epages forum to see if I could get any help unfortunately it's all in German! I managed to gleen something from this. Am I right in thinking it is to do with me putting a javascript on my pages to link to my google analytics site?

The google analytics part of the BT epage website seems to be a new addition (well since I started my website in 2009). I think I have linked the two together. Does that mean I can now remove the java script and use the SEO checker? Will this affect the stats on my analytics?

I think one of the update was checking if the traffic is using javascript. This way, they could identify some traffic made by bots.
