I have listed several items (records) today using Mozilla rather than Internet Explorer. When my shop was in development I was always told that Mozilla was the preferred option so I do use most of the time. However, looking at today's listing I find that they do not include the necessary "Add To Shopping Basket" - instead it says (in very small text) "Add to Shopping List" - clicking that takes you to a box where the customer is asked to log in etc. Never come across this before and I don't expect my customers to log into anything - has anybody got any ideas?. For a nice example of this have a look at www.thoseoldrecords.co.uk - then under the 7" Rhythm/Blues category. The listings with the "Add To Shopping Basket" were listed using Internet Explorer. - 17.00 - just listed new items using Internet Explored and the same fault applies.

Here's an example - http://www.thoseoldrecords.co.uk/epages/BT2891.sf/sec3dc1ac774e/?ObjectPath=/Shops/BT2891/Products/%22MAY%20BLITZ%201%22

Chris McGranaghan - Those Old Records

Morning, the listings as of yesterday have been resolved in that the the "Add To Shopping Basket" icon now appears on the listings, whoever did whatever - many thanks. However, just listed a couple of new items and we have the same problem, is there a delay factor here, can it be related to my machine - another example of an item just listed this morning -http://www.thoseoldrecords.co.uk/epages/BT2891.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/BT2891/Products/%22BRADFORD%20CHUCK%22 any help appreciated - Chris McGranaghan - Those Old Records - www.thoseoldrecords.co.uk
