    <description>I've been trying for 30 mins to log in, when I click 'manage' which normally takes me to a page to select eshop from and open the CMS, I'm getting the same message over and over, "You are now logged out of BT Website Centre, please close this window." I've cleared the cache, tried on another browser, tried on a mobile but always the same. How can I log in?!</description>

      <description>Problem is still happening at almost 6pm, this is ridiculous! I need to log in to process today's orders. Is there a phone number to get through to the tech team? If I phone regular BT customer support they don't even know eshop exists</description>
