Call claiming to be from BT

We have received 2 calls to our office this morning claiming that we have possible suspicious activity on our IP address, press 1 to fix. The tel number appearing when it comes through is 00410280269476

We dont believe this to be from BT althought they are suggesting it is.

This is correct these calls are not coming from BT,

However if your ever get a call like this again and are unsure, call into 0800800154 and they will advise if the call from BT and what the next steps are,
