    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all - not sure where to start, but since signing up to BT Mobile for our company (9month ago) we have had nothing but problems.&amp;nbsp; Service cut-offs, technical billing issues, wrong charges, credit notes and invoices mixed up, users being disconnected etc.&amp;nbsp; I have raised the issue numerous times with a general customer services representative (we were never allocated an account manager?!?). All we have are either no reply, failure to address the issue, or&amp;nbsp;blaiming something (usually some other BT department).&amp;nbsp; We have numerous times asked to have the issue escaled to the complaints department in accordance with BT iwns complaints procedure, but with no progress.&amp;nbsp; Have anyone on this forum experiences similar issues and if so, do you have any contact details and or advise?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you, T&lt;/P&gt;</description>
