Hi JeanL,

Is it Office 365 for small business you have or Office 365 for small business premium you have?

As with the basic Office 365 for small business depending on package about £5 a month you do not get access to the downloadable programs/apps, they only come with Office 365 for small business premium which is normally about £9 a month.

The one that comes as part of the new broadband packages is the Office 365 for small business which does not have the downloadbale programs.
