<title>topic Accessing voicemails from overseas in Archive</title>
    <link>https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Archive/Accessing-voicemails-from-overseas/m-p/72107#M25815</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. It operates through the BT Businss Hub. When I wish to access my voice-messages within the UK I dial my own number and type in 9. This goes through to the welcome message and I then put in my PIN. When I am abroad, there is a problem. When I type in 9, the screen hides the delete button (at the bottom of the screen) and I cannot get rid of the 9. If I leave the 9 there and just type in my PIN, it locks me out. How do I get round this problem? I guess I have to disable the 'hide' function on my Galaxy, but how?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
