      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told "The number you have dialled has not been recognised".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But this is the&amp;nbsp;number&amp;nbsp;I was given yesterday by the &lt;A href="http://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Broadband-and-internet/Get-your-BT-Service-Status-delivered-to-you-via-Twitter/m-p/16593" target="_self" rel="nofollow"&gt;twitter BT Service Status update site&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tweeted them that it didn't work but their robot couldn't understand !!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone should fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
