"Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]" on home.btconnect.com web pages

For many years, I have administered several web pages [created in webspace provided free with Business Essentials] in "home.btconnect.com/twistedwheel/" but now I cannot view any of the pages using any web browser.
Access has been denied to all of them with the message "Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]".
I have made no changes to the files since July 10th but now cannot even access the ftp server [ftphost.btconnect.com] using my ftp software.

Uing 'ping' from command prompt gives:-

Pinging ftphost.btconnect.com [209.235.144.30] with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 209.235.144.30:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

How can this be rectified?
