emailing from TimeTracker on iPhone5

Hello,

I am unable to email from TimerTracker on my iPhone 5. I have a similar problem on another app (Cam Scanner). The email window comes up but none of the fields allow data entry. I have 3 email accounts on my iPhone and they all seem to function correctly when used thru the iPhone mail app.
I am new to iPhone. I could not find any setting on the iPhone that might be prohibiting the TImeTracker app from communicating with the mail app. I would sure appreciate some help because I am otherwise finding the app very useful.
