    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ide tray a few simple things, change the filter thats the little white box between your wall adapter and the router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Theese can often need changing, also as a troubleshooter ring the house phone when the internet works and see if it disconnects thats often a pointer to say one of the filters in the house is broken or missing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that ide suggest&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fault Testing: &lt;A target="_blank" href="https://www.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/public/faults/tracking.do?pageId=2&amp;amp;s_cid=con_FURL_faults" rel="nofollow"&gt;https://www.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/public/faults/tracking.do?pageId=2&amp;amp;s_cid=con_FURL_faults&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or calling Custoemr Services and explain your experiance a loss of broadband&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Matt&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi im a student and im not realy tech savvy, the trouble im having with my Home hub is that it connects and then even though my pc can pick up the wireless signal, it says the internet cannot connect due to no connection..its not just me that has this problem my housemates do too. it happens fairly regulary and its now getting to the stage where its annoying us so much we have to go use the internet in the library. can anyone shed any light on what the issue may be and how it can be solved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
