    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why does this&amp;nbsp; order show in my account as completed, yet I have not recieved any hardware ( phones&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT Cloud Voice - BT Yealink W52P DECT Phone BS&amp;nbsp; x 5 and BT Cloud Voice HP 2530-8G PoE LAN Switch x&amp;nbsp;1) since the line was put in on the 13th July 2017.. I assume we are paying for this so let get what we payed for please??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
