    <description>&lt;P&gt;My btconnect e-mail was on a page 'outlook.office365.com/owa/?realm=btconnect.com'. I was transferred to this by BT without any option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As this was for a business and I need to keep my business records for 6 years I want to create a .pst file to import into Outlook.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I do this, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
