    <description>&lt;P&gt;So frustrated with BT sending me round and round in circules, failing to ring back, failing to process an order that I am seriously thinking of leaving them, having had the company account with them for 30 years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'd think that in this day and age a customer order for a new mobile phone would be an easy fix but apparently not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Order placed 9th August. &amp;nbsp;Today is the 26th. &amp;nbsp;Order still hasn't been processed and an unending stream of phones to BT has produced zero results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spectacularly underwhelmed with BTs customer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a shareholder I am not happy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
