I used to be able to manage my broadband services remotely using the 'manage my hub' page on the BT Portal *my account*. This would allow me to check the network status of my hubs, conduct line tets and speed tests REMOTELY using my account.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>This feature still appears on my account however none of my services are populating in the area, which is strange because last month they were!
