    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone please advise me why I am not able to upgrade my business phone/broadband?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am out of contract with BT, spoke with the WebChat customer service who offered me the BT Superfast Essential Fibre deal. I ordered this deal online only to be notified 2 days later by BT customer service&amp;nbsp; "&lt;STRONG&gt;We are unable to process the order as the line and broadband you have is not eligable for the package you have requested, sorry for any inconvenience caused"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No reason why I am not eliable and no offer of a different package? Is this really how poor BT are?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to switch my custom to Virgin or TalkTalk?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
