Following switch speeds are lower than before. It appears my line can’t/ doesn’t support fibre. I now need to change back to asdl because my broadband will be faster. I am being told that it will take 5 working days and my broadband may be off for that time as well. Surely this can’t be right. I can be switched to fibre in a matter of minutes but when I want to go back (cheaper package) it will take days.
