    <description>&lt;P&gt;we recently changed our router in our main office&amp;nbsp; and lost the settings that enabled the ip phones at our remote locations to work , in no engineer but belive its to do with ip ranges or ports being opened on the new router in the office , any help appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
