    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a customer&amp;nbsp;with a BT ADSL line or ADSL2 line. Not sure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The line has been checked by bt and is working ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a Netgear D7000 router connected to it for our cctv systems remote monitoring.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The router has been in and working fine for a numbe of years but has suddenly lost all its settings and factory defaulted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have entered the customers ISP log in details and we get an internet light and the router shows good connection on the internet status page of the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But we have no actually connection to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe ther may be a few settings we need to change but BT wont support us as we dont have there router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The picture below is the settings page.
